What to Expect in the Build It Stage

Construction is a fast-moving, multi-phase process where organization is everything:

  • Site Prep & Foundations: We clear the building site, excavate and sometimes blast when we find bedrock (surprise!) to clear the way for the rock-solid foundation engineered for rugged Canadian terrain.
  • Framing & Enclosure: Watch your floor plan pop into three dimensions. Once framing, roofing, windows, and doors are installed, the structure is sealed against the elements—and the neighborhood blackflies.
  • Rough-Ins & Finishings: Electricians, plumbers, and HVAC specialists complete the internal infrastructure before insulation, drywall, trim, and custom finishes bring the interior to life.
  • Final Inspections & Walkthrough: As well as local building inspections, our own Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) ensure the final handshake is done with confidence and joy as you move into your newly finished home.
